The third edition of "Extra" was celebrated in Cagliari from 15 to 17 November.

The main purpose of the event is to promote the economic activity in the tourism property sector as rural houses, bed and breakfast and tourist apartments.

Many conferences were scheduled during this time. The mainly sponsors had the chance to introduce themselves and also they were able to publicize the advantages of their products for tourist accommodation. Furthermore, they talked about new trends in tourism, marketing tools to improve brand positioning, the participation of new technologies in the sector, new market opportunities (such as pet-friendly) and revenue strategies to optimize sales prices.
