Personalized emails with configurable autoship.

  • Customize all email templates and configure automatic sending.
  • Modify the texts and add substitution codes to display information about the reservation, the guest or the property.
  • Send the emails manually or automatically, a few days before or after check-in / check-out.
  • Email templates available at the PMS or property level, to indicate more general or specific information about each accommodation.

Automated payments.

Customize your rates any way you want

Our system offers multiple rate configuration options. Choose how you want to sell your stays and combine rates if you wish:

  • Standard rate / Non-refundable rate
  • Rates per occupancy (1 person, 2 people, 3 people etc)
  • Rates per length of stay (LOS)

  • Make your rates more flexible by creating seasons, so that it is easier to set prices
  • Control the flow of reservations by choosing when a date will be available for entries and exits and creating restrictions
  • Take advantage of our minimum stay alert system. Do not miss reservations for an availability lower than the minimum stay in periods of maximum occupancy

Increase your income and your organization.

  • Create free extras to get useful information that can help you host the customer in the best way. For example, extra per pet or per cot.
  • Create optional supplements, so that the client can add them to their reservation. You can configure them with a price per reservation, per person, or per person / day.
  • Create internal supplements, which will not be displayed in the booking engine, but you can add them manually in reservations.

Create coupons and discounts for your direct clients to differentiate

Maintain total control, decide in which periods you wish to add discounts and apply them only to the properties you want to.

  • Apply standard discounts, last minute discounts, long stay discounts and early booker discounts.
  • Create discount coupons based on a code to launch direct marketing campaigns
  • Propose packages in which you offer exclusive products or activities to add to the stay

Also, create promotions in Booking.com directly from our PMS Channel Manager to become more competitive and improve your positioning within the portal.

Define prices and prices.

  • Define how each owner works.
  • Manage the owners by commission or by specific price.
  • Define one-time or recurring charges; that will be billed automatically when making the settlement.

Invoices configuration.

The settlement calculation is fully configurable:

Create an access for your owner.

You can configure the owner's permissions so that they can use the app by accessing only the information that interests you.

Each owner is different, therefore, each one may have different permissions.

We have developed the integration with 3 different accounting software: Datisa, Exact Dimoni and A3.

If you use any of them, you will be able to synchronize our PMS with your accounting program and forget about manually importing all the accounts.
