Nuki’s smart locks can be synchronized with Alexa, Google Home and Apple HomeKit to guarantee an unforgettable experience of being in a totally smart home. Smart locks are installed right below the traditional door lock without having to use drills or screws so the installation is extremely easy and does not require you to call any professional, which contains installation costs. Also, it is possible to remove the smart lock system without leaving any sign in the door which is interesting for those apartments that are subject to change destination of use and be removed from the short term rentals business.
All features can be controlled and supervised by their own dedicated app but access is generally granted during the period of the stay automatically, simplifying all check-in and check-out procedures.
We developed a full synchronization so all access codes are generated automatically as soon as a reservation comes in, with Nuki property managers can forget about this aspect. Furthermore, the synchronization offers two different ways to grant access: through a pin code or through a button found in the Nuki or Icnea App.
