At Icnea, we’re pleased to announce a new step forward in our ongoing collaboration with two of the main vacation rental platforms on the market: we’re integrating Booking.com and Airbnb review feature.
What allows these new integrations?
With the review service, customers can centralise at Icnea the reviews received at Booking.com and Airbnb to check and answer them from a single place. Answering the reviews is positive for your brand image and shows that the property manager is actively woking to improve the
guest experience. Having some reviews that describe the experience you offer is extremely positive to attract new potential bookings. Furthermore, Icnea has redesigned the testimonial management section to make it easier to use this function.
